Our commitment

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. We want everyone to be able to see where they stand with AI and act on it — whatever device, browser, or assistive technology they use. Accessibility is part of how we build Scout, not a box we tick at the end.

What we've done

We have worked through an accessibility pass across Scout: full keyboard operability, a clear visible focus indicator, color contrast, programmatic labels and error messages on every form, announced status and result updates, a sensible heading and landmark structure, support for reduced-motion preferences, and a layout that reflows without horizontal scrolling when zoomed. Automated accessibility checks run as part of our build, so regressions get caught early.

Known limitations

We'd rather be honest than impressive. A full manual review with real screen readers (and keyboard-only and high-zoom testing) is still underway, so some rough edges may remain, and Scout has not yet been independently audited. For those reasons we say we aim to conform — we don't claim full conformance yet.
