Subprocessors
Last updated: July 22, 2026
To run Scout Prompt Score, we rely on a small set of trusted third-party providers (“subprocessors”) that process data on our behalf. Each is bound by a data processing agreement, and all process data in the United States. The AI measurement providers operate under commercial / API terms and do not train their models on your data.
This is our current list. We’ll update it whenever we add, remove, or change a subprocessor. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information.
Infrastructure
| Subprocessor | What it does | Data it handles |
|---|---|---|
| Vercel | Application hosting + cookieless analytics | App data in transit, usage and log data, IP address |
| Neon | Managed PostgreSQL database | Account info, business profiles, scores, and reports |
| Inngest | Background job orchestration | Job and event metadata (organization and business identifiers) |
| Resend | Transactional and product email delivery | Recipient email address and email content |
| Stripe | Payments and subscription billing | Name, email, and billing details (card data is handled by Stripe; Scout never stores it) |
